Applications for 2020 International Scholarship Programs are taken from http://dbys.tdv.org. The candidates first become a member of the Diyanet Scholarship Management System (DBYS) and then make an application for a scholarship program that suits them according to their criteria (Between the dates 01 February – 15 March 2020).
